April 19th--anyone else?

I got the call today. I can't wait. I could have gone sooner but my Husband and I are going to a basketball tournament on the 2-6 (NO KIDS--YEAH!!) and then with Easter I took the 19th. Anyone else? Laura

Hi Laura, I am scheduled for the 19th of April also. I feel some days are just dragging by. I am so ready for this surgery I could scream. Cindy

Hi Laura, I am scheduled for the 19th, too. I am scared, excited, and still seem to have a lot of questions. Do you? Are you having open or Lap? How long will you be hospitalized? When can you go back to work? My doctor tells me I'll be in two days and back to work in 2-3 weeks. I am 53, so wonder if my recovery will be slower. I am so ready to be healthy and do things with my family and husband. Keep in touch.

I just found out today that I am April 19th too! So glad to have found some surgery buddies! Deana
