7 years ago today......

Wow...7 years! Unreal! Is anyone here?

7 years! I am doing fairly well except thyroid problems cause me to gain 40 lbs. Thyroid under control, finally down 5 lbs! Thankful for my surgery! Good to hear from you Shar! Miss the old gang!

Hi Rhonda...I also have thyroid problems.....cancer. I have put on 18 pounds and it's a real struggle every day. Nice to see you...I wish everyone would check in, at least yearly

I'm here. 7 years  is a long time but not that long at all when you think about it in the grand scheme of things. I'm doing well. I've not reached my personal goal but did make it from 310 to 154. Right now I'm about 165 not my personal goal and I would like to lose about 30 pounds. There isnt a chance of me getting plastic surgery so I just make do with what I was able to accomplish. My personal life is crazy. I'm still married, had another baby, lost my mother and moved to Arizona the last three in about 2 years. I'm sorry to see that you arent doing so well with your thryroid.
