When does the fill loosen up a bit?

I had my second fill Friday of 1.5cc.  My first fill was 2cc in a 10cc band.  First fill went really well with no major restriction at all.  This fill is quite tight and I was wondering on what day it should start to loosen up a bit and feel better?
