Cheers! I haven't tried an Optifast yet but I have my supply ready. Are you on Optifast or something else? I guess I'll find out what they're like next Thursday.

I'm supposed to be doing the Bariatric Advantage shakes but they will also let me do the Slim Fast Low Carb.  I will probably do a combination of the two.  I prefer the Slim Fast Low Carb as I drank one for breakfast every day of my 6 month supervised diet and got used to them.
