LOW blood pressure

I continue to be amazed at the improved health benefits of my weight loss.  One of the huge improvement is my blood pressure.  Prior to surgery, it ran about 130/90 on meds.  Now with no meds, it is running about 95/65 consistantly and regarless of the time of day.  My resting pulse has also dropped from low 80's to mid 60's!

Love my RNY

That is wonderful news! Do you still ride your bike? Do you think that has helped too? I'm going to take my bike to the bike store for a tune up. It's time for me to get onboard.
