115 gone forever
Hi friends! I'm down 115 pounds.
I get asked a lot by people who know about my surgery how I've done it...how have I given up all the foods and made sacrifies. Once I begin to tell them what my life was like to be 5'4" and close to 300 pounds and begin to tell my story, they can quickly see that what I have given up pales in comparision to what I have gained!
