surgery date set for july 5th!!

hey everyone first time posting! i will be starting my 2 week liquid diet on the 21st and nervous about starting it. i want to make sure i do it right! and surgery is set for july 5th cant wait for it to just be done already and start the road to losing weight!! how was the 2 week liquid diet for you, and how are things working out for you now after surgery??

I am on the liquid optifast diet. I am about six days in. I am just feeling a little tired today. In the beginning I had a difficult time getting the shakes down. Now I am actually looking forward to them.

Hello...mine is the same day as well. I was told to start liquid diet for one week...I hope one week is OK! Good Luck
