Hair Loss

Ok so far so good.... I have lost 129 lbs total and did not loose a single strand of hair. All of a sudden in the past 3 months I am losing hands full of hair daily.... I am really begining to worry! Does anyone have suggestions on what I can do... I already have extremely fine thin hair by nature if I loose anymore I will be bald. :-(

Same thing happened to me: my solution--Vista Vitamins and Complete EFA caps from Vitacost three times a day. Made a HUGE difference. The pills are big (don't know if you have trouble with that) so there might be an alternative to the large pill. Good Luck!
