Long time since I have been here....

Oct 3, 2005 was a long time ago....and to date....I went from 305 to 145...wow what a journey this has been....Would like to hear from my old friends of Oct. and others who suported my journey so well in the beginning... Sure I have that extra skin, but just live with it...smiles...I would never be able to afford to give it away... Wanted to say hi and I will post pictures soon. Linda

I have to update mine t i went from 276 down to 94 lbs.... incredible road isnt it
