Vitamins...?

Just curious .....

Is it ok to use the store brands on vitamins or should you use the name brand ones???

i use walmat brand my nurse told me not to spend that much money on them

I'm gonna get walmart ones for now. If I find that my first labs post op aren't good, then I will order them, but the nurse said they should be fine at walmart.

God will never give you more than you can handle. Lord, am I close?

My surgeon told me it was ok to buy the store brands, but I decided that since I am over 50 that Centrum silver chewables would be better for me.

my freind who is 16 months out suggested some vitamins that I really like. They are..
Optisource chewable vitamins (post bariatric surgery formula)
they are citrus flavored and I like the taste.
120 tabs is about $26.99 at Walgreens Pharmacy.

highest wt. 250. pre-surgery 238. current 142.
