Goals for May!!

Okay, it's a brand new month and summer will be here before you know it! What are you goals for this month? Your goals can be weight loss related or personal goals. I am going to try and spend more time relaxing and doing things for Diamond this month. I am constantly ripping and running around my children. I will still take care of my motherly duties but I will do me! On the weight loss front, I am going to work on increasing my water and also increase the intensity of my workouts. Summer is fastly approaching and I want to tighten up my abs and arms a little more. Diamond

You go girl!! I'm going to start paying attention to what I need,and what I want I'm going to increase exercise Relax more,stop worrying all the time stressing myself out.

Great idea! My goal is to be more active, since the weather is finally getting a bit nicer here in Minnesota! I want to be outside, walking, biling, whatever. I need to be more active than I have been!
