Have my first post op appointment today - yay

I get to see how much weight I have officially lost and how everything is going.  I hope to be advanced to stage III since everything has gone pretty good since surgery!  First thing I'm going to try is tuna salad (it's on my stage 3 diet) for all that good protein!  Hope all my mid November buddies are doing great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
