According to their scale where I'm dressed and hadn't peed immediately before, I have lost 47 lbs.  The nutritionist gave me 2 thumbs up and told me to replace my cheerios snack with something protein-tastic.  will do.  I have lost 39% of my excess weight.  They were hoping for 30%, so I'm an overachiever.  My blood pressure was awesome without any meds.  I can come off the Prilosec.

Just waiting for my labs to find out what i hope is MORE amazing news.

Thanks to all my OH friends for constant support and education!!!

those BMI #s are a real B*tch.  But it's nice to see 'em shrink!  Looks like you are doing a heck of a job too!  Your 3 month check up should be a great day!

Hmmm, my next appointment is in April.  Had one 2 weeks out and then 6 weeks later and now not until April!  I am going for 320!  :-)

I just had my 3 month check-up as well and everyone was thrilled with my progress.  I get my blood work done next week, followed by a visit to the endocrinologist to see if I can remain off my diabetic meds.  Meanwhile, I can start tapering my Protonix and see how I do without it.  I've had no reflux or snoring since my surgery!!

You're doing great. Keep up the awesome work.

I was supposed to have my labs done this week and see the dr on Tuesday, but we're going out of town so I have to reschedule. On my scale I've lost 52.5 pounds and have 52 left so half way there .... hope the doc is happy too.

Great for you!!

I am down 43 lbs, in three months, two weeks!  A little slower that I would like, but I am still in the range of normal losing, so I can't complain!!  No appt at Dr. until I am 6 months out.  Will get first blood drawn then also...

Blessings, Tami
