When i first started taking my non-chewable supplements after 4 weeks I could not swallow my calcium or multi-vitamin whole...i had to cut them in half.  I was willing to try again with a whole multivitamin this week, and it went down just fine.  I haven't tried gulping down handfulls of pills like I did pre-op, but it's nice to know that whatever swelling went down for full pill swallowing!

If you are still cutting, give a whole calcium a shot!

I too have to cut my pills, I use a pill cutter. I felt like an old lady buying my first pill cutter...lol...at 29. It really does help to cut them before you take them, well for me at least.
