Hi- Just wanted to share my excitement, shock, and celebration-I made it to Onederland!!!! Just 8 short months ago I weighed 348 and for the first time in 27 years I am under 200 lbs! I never even imagined this would be a possibility or that I would ever see a "1" to start my weight ever again. I am so thankful for being blessed with this surgery and getting a second chance in life. I have people I haven't seen in years saying I look younger than when I was in college- not bad at 46! Thanks for letting me celebrate with you on here-I normally don't like making a spectacle of myself but can tell you the excitement of this has thrown me for a loop. I would love to lose 40-50 more so I'll keep on, keepin on! All the best- Nancy

Thank you PrettyDee fr your kind, supportive message!! I was really excited leaving the 300's and with the 200's I think it was especially amazing because I guess i doubted whether it would really happen fo me. You have done an incredible job as well and deserve ALL of the rewards that come with getting healthy! I know especially during stalls it can become discouraging but keep on keepin on and tell yourself constantly "I deserve this". Please keep in touch and let me know how things are going AND don't forget to stop and celebrate your success along the way! All the best- Nancy
