Dec 8th is the big date after waiting so long 5 months to get approval , So excited and scared.Please reply to give me some of do and donts ..Thank God !!!

My surgery date is Dec. 10th and I am also excited and scared. I would like to know if anyone could answer and let me know how long does the lapband take, how long will I be sore and what did you eat the first week?
