Today I ate.......... and I did not move Sunday

This is going to be short. I didn't really write down what i ate today.
But now that i started typing- I felt compelled to go back and added it all up....

Sunday- MY day of Rest...I did not move.

Breakfast: Ham and Eggs, 1 biscuit

Lunch: 2oz of cheddar cheese and a handful of HIGH fiber multigrain crackers

Dinner: Whataburger Jr. and handful of fries...I know I know.

Damage done: 1382 Calories

I do really crappy on the weekends. no structure, not THAT bad on the calories....it is what made up the calories that is crappy. I feel good- just like i have come out of confession. And frankly if it wasnt for this it would have been worse i am sure. I have my lunch and my gym bag packed- ready for a new week!
