I HAVE NOT BEEN THIS HAPPY IN OVER 20 YEARS I HAVE LOST 117 LBS IN 3.5 MONTHS AND HAVE ON 32 MORE TO GO. MY SON CAN HUG ME ALL AROUND AND HAVE HIS ARMS ACTUALLY CROSS. MY ESTEEM IS MUCH HIGHER AND HAVE A CONSTANT GRIN. I DO THINGS AND GO OUT MORE OFTEN NOW WITH MY PARTNER. I JUST CANT EXPLAIN HOW HAPPY I AM. I WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN IF I HAD TO. TO GO FROM A SIZE 32 TO AN 18 IS AWSOME......LINDA BRAUS

Just to let you know, I work with Linda and her weight loss has been AMAZING. She walked every day and stuck to her doctor's diet. I am a much slower loser and have learned not to look at Linda too much or I will get very jealous
