1 year today

today its 1 year that I had my By-pass, I lost a total of 84 pounds or 39 kilos, Thanks to Dr. D. at Royal Victoria, I have my life back. 

I go to any store and I buy anything I want in any colours, No more black or grey for me....... 

Just want to say thank you to everyone for the encouragements troughout the year.

glad to hear that it went well for you!   I'm sick of my clothing choices as well, some of the stuff i have to wear is downright ugly.  and aall the tshirts are black.  lol

I Just went to carrefour Laval at the Old navy store and bought myself a yellow spring coat, I can not believe i m gonne be wearing Yellow as well...
