checking in on my diet....7 months out

Just wanted some feedback from more experienred WLSers about whether my diet these days still seems reasonably sound, given where I am.  I am still losing, am not hungry eating what I eat and feel perfectly healthy.  Blood work is due later this month, to check on it. 

Typical day:  Breakfast is a protein fruit smoothie...28-30 grams protein, 200 calories or so, however many carbs are in the cup of frozen fruit I throw in.   Lunch is a greek yogurt or 2 babybel light cheeses and 6 ounces of v8 juice.  Afternoon snack...about 20 almonds or a babybel cheese (if I had yogurt for lunch) or a couple strips of jerky.   Dinner....3 ounces of salmon, chicken, flank steak or the like.  Possibly a few tablespoons of some vegetable, but not always.  Or a bit less than a cup of turkey chili or something similar.

When I stray from this typical day, (maybe 2-3 times a week) , it's usually because I am out at a restaurant or having a special meal at home (ie. Thanksgiving dinner). That often means I'll have either some form of bread/carbohydrate...half a hamburger bun, stuffing from the turkey,  a 1/2 cup of pasta , etc.  Or it might mean I've splurged on a real dessert...a small slice of apple pie over the holiday, for example.  (So far, that amount of carbs don't trigger binges).

I'm wondering about two things.  First, is what I'm eating now more like what people eat to maintain or what people who are still losing, but months out of surgery eat?   I should say that if I were to stop losing weight now, I would be mildly disappointed, but that's all.  I could live with it...I look good and feel heatlhy.  Another 10 pounds would be good, 20 would be great and 30 would put me over the moon.

The second thing I wonder about is the lack of vegetables in my diet.  I always ate quite a few before and I wonder if I really ought to be getting more in.  I do take my vitamins daily.
