SURGIVERSARY!

One year ago today, I was completing the steps to the new healthier me. It has at times been a roller coaster ride.

I am now 114lbs lighter, running, more active with my kids, I have little to no joint pain, I just feel amazing!

I have been one of the lucky ones who so far have had no complications, stalls, etc.

I read OH everyday and have found each and every one of you helpful at sometime or another during this journey.

Congratulations to everyone who have taken this road before me, or are considering taking it after.
