I am one full month post op and after I eat I get to where I feel my food going down all at one time then about 5 mins later I get these hiccups...Anyone else have this issue?

Very common. For me and many others, a single hiccup is a signal of fullness. Hiccups like that mean I've either eaten too much or (more commone for me) eaten too fast.

gosh....I don't feel full though
I need to start listening to my stomach and not my head! I always feel like I am starving now than before too!

Measure your food. Try to take small bites, chew thoroughly and eat slowly. It takes a while for the full feeling to hit. I went by the hiccup for almost two months - it has only been a few weeks since I began to be able to tell satisfied before it happened. But I always measure/limit portions as my body learns.
