Yuck
On day 3 of my liquid pre op diet. I'm proud of myself for not cheating, but I feel like I can't move or think. I can't imagine what day 7 seven will be like. I am in better spirits than last week. Last week all I could do was cry and wonder how I could get myself to the point of needing someone to remove 85 percent of my stomach. Now I feel like I am taking control. Just wish I had the energy to get up and get this house in order before I am out of commission.

Actually, many of us find that Day 3 is Hump Day on pre-op liquids, so things may be better tomorrow. It's not easy, so take comfort on the fact that it's brief

I did four weeks of the clear liquid diet pre-op and another four weeks post-op. I was calling the doctor on day 6 saying there was no way I was going to make it. But day by day it got easier. Sugar free Popsicles were my life saver. I usually had one or two in the daytime and one before bed.
i made it and am 114lbs down from when I started this process. Just think about all the good this is going to do for YOU.

May I just say that your doctor is evil and should be turned into the authorities for cruel and unusual treatment!!! Lol Four weeks preop?!?! A month if clear liquids. I bow down to you because on day 8 or 9, they would have found a murder/suicide in my home.
