Any opinions...

I am trying to get my new more active life started. I hit the gym today for the first time since surgery and I have to admit it felt really good. I have always hated exercise but I am determined to not only be slim, but also healthy. So I need opinions. I use MFP to log all my food and I logged my exercise today. I saw that you can link MFP to other devices. Has anyone used fitbit? I see they have a new wristband about to launch. Just wondering if this would help with motivation. How user friendly are these devises? Any other suggestions?

I have the MFP app on my phone and that's about it. I love it because I can scan barcodes and such. I don't have any other devices to link it to, though. I'm not exactly tech savvy. haha

I have the fitbit one. I love it. Its easy to use and easy to set up. Its a great motivator (the price alone was a good motivator! )
