Im 8 months out from surgery and the last two months weight loss has been 3 lbs one month and 4 lbs the next.  i feel this is good and it will probably take me another 6 months to get to my goal weight. I hope it keeps coming off like this.   What are your expenses in reaching that goal marker with the weight loss that last 20 lbs.  My fear is seating in that i wont make that goal weight.  thanks

I had a very similar course since 8 months, losing 3-4 pounds per month. I think it is very normal. My dr assured me this is normal. It makes sense to me. I am now 10 months postop and am below my goal weight. Please be consistent and persistent. Your sleeve will not fail you if you do your part.

Hey there!  Glad to see you are doing well!  I'm in about the same place -- about 20 pounds from my high goal (30 from what I hope to get to!).  But yep, I'm seeing the same thing.

My hubby is very encouraging though -- but he's one of those slow and steady wins the race people.  I'm more of the "I want it now" people.  But I've seen him make some good-looking changes over several months with his slow and steady pace -- so let's keep at it!

We can do this!

Starting weight: 260; Surgery Weight: 250; Month 1: -15.6; Month 2: -11.8; Month 3: -11.4;  Month 4: -7.4  Month 5: -8.6; Month 6: -3; Month 7 -3.8; Month 8 -7; Month 9: stall; Month 10: -4.4; Month 11: - 2.6; Month 12:-3.4
