Made it through my first night of cooking for family

Wow!  Last night I actually made it through cooking for my family.   There were so many times that I started to taste the food while cooking out of sheer habit.  The weirdest thing was that the smell of the food made my innards do some weird dancing.  LOL  Other than my innards wanting to jump right out and grab a bite of steak, I survived cooking my first meal since I was sleeved.  

I know what you mean about habit--and it's hard to cook without tasting sometimes!  I just assume things turn out ok, lol!
