Myoplex Lite

Hi,

I have my surgery scheduled for this summer. I am in the process of getting my stuff together. i was wondering about where to get the recommended protein supplements. The one I am most interested in is the Myoplex lite ready to drink. My surgery will be in Toronto, so I would prefer to have the ready to serve ones.

 Be careful about stocking up on too many things.  Your taste buds may be off for months after the surgery and what is yum yum now may taste really bad after the surgery.

The Myoplex RTD is okay, the chocolate is the best IMHO. As said above, don't buy too much as you may not be able to stand the taste post-op.

I forgot I had psoted this! Thanks. I had no idea that my taste bud may change... I sure hope they don't go too crazy. Thanks again for the head's up!
