congratulations on your success! I had my RNY at 53 years old.  Whatever type of surgery you all have, it's a big step but usually the rewards are many.  Again congrats to you  and keep up the good work & posts, too!! (on another note: I did not have the DS available to me at the time of my surgery, but I have heard so many ,many positives from those who have had it!) I am sure there are negatives, too just like any of the surgeries)  Again no regrets over my RNY just wish I'd had the option of choosing  when I did elect to have surgery!!)  Happy day to you- it's like another birthday, isn't it???
