Is there anyone who has this book that wouldn't mind loaning it to me? I will pay for shipping or I have a nook and kindle to loan that way!

The kindle edition is 10.99 at Amazon. You will refer to it often and it is well worth just buying it.

Are you familiar with www.AddAll.com? It is a web site that combines thousands of book sellers and so you have your pick on which seller to buy from. In the case of this book it would be cheaper to buy and pay shipping once than it would be to pay shipping twice and you get to keep the book. On this site the cheapest I found your book was $2.64.

Anytime you want to buy a book always look here first. It combines ebay sellers, Amazon sellers, as well as thousands of book sellers.
