before surgery 2004/after surgery 2012

This is me prior to surgery in 2004 and then again post surgery in 2012. I have successfully kept off about 85 lbs but do find myself capable of gaining pounds again. I totally get now about having simply a "tool"......and another tool I could really use is a big shovel to take the crap out of my head that got me here in the first place! :)
