5 years ago today I started a journey that would turn out even better than I ever expected! I lost 167 pounds which is more than what I even weigh now. People ask me if I ever have any regrets and I tell them the only regret I have is not doing it sooner! For those of you still debating on whether to do it or not ... I cant tell you what to do all I can say is it was the best decision for me. For those of you just starting on your journey...stay strong and work it because it is soooooo worth it!!
