10 years post op

Today is my 10 year anniversary of my RNY. I'm still maintaining at a size 7 and feel full of energy. I want to thank OH for helping me thru the years. It's really helped me because I've been able to connect with people in the same situation as myself. I had completely forgotten that it was my 10 year anniversary until I got an email from OH. I can't thank everyone on OH enough for all your help.

/This might sound strange, but I turned off my cable tv. I stay busier and I don't sit around vegging in front of it. I get out and do more and so I don't graze all day. It's a nice change from my pre op life. Every once in a while I will treat myself to a rental movie, but only on occasion.
