That's a great loss but please don't get caught up in comparing yourself to others or "standards". Your body is yours and it will do what it damn well pleases, when it damn well pleases. lol

FYI, there is an Ontario Canada forum here on OH: http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/ON/

I had surgery 9 years ago. :)  I started at 290, today I weigh 120. Definitely join us on the Ontario forum!

That sounds like a good weight loss for just under 4 months, congrats! How much more do you plan to lose? I know a few people that have lost more/less than that but it depends on many factors, especially starting weight. Higher weights typically drop more at a quicker rate. I dropped 27lb in the first 2 weeks but have stalled out since then, I'm sure after not too long things will fire back up. Keep up the good work!

Hey, I started at 380. My goal would be 150 or under! Long way to go!!!

You're off to a great start and have all the things in place to get where you need to be. Keep it up, good luck!
