my e mail notifications have stopped again! They were fine up to yesterday.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Hi there -- I wanted to add some information to this message.

For months, i was not receiving notifications.  Indeed, I had checked my junk folder, made sure of my notification settings, added OH's addy, reported to IT, etc.  My primary email is AOL.  On a lark, I decided to change from my AOL address to my primary work email address.  Immediately, I started receiving notifications.

Why am I telling you this?  Perhaps there are some email servers that aren't compatible with the notification delivery system?  I have since tried switching back to AOL a couple of times -- and then, immediately I stopped receiving notifications again.  They are NOT going into a spam/junk folder.  I can only conclude that it's a problem due to the AOL/OH server's compatibility?   This is not the first time I have encountered an issue like this.  Bank of America isn't compatible with Yahoo mail -- something they didn't disclose until I pressed about why I hadn't received notifications after a server update.

I don't know if this can be fixed or if the information is of any use, but I thought I would share.
