Back Fat Is Gone!
Today a tried on a shirt that I bought last year but never wore because it was too tight and showed all my unsightly bulges. I put it on today and went to the mirror to see how bad it was, and - miracle! - there are no back fat bulges!! When did that happen?!! Val is right - when your weight lost seems stuck, try on different clothes and you'll see that your body is changing even if the scale is slow to move.
