Thanks for sharing that. It is a little high in the sodium but  if you watched the rest of your day it should be okay. I like having what I call an emergency meal in the freezer for those nights when you have had a busy day or just don't feel like cooking.

The carbs, calories and sodium are all really high. If you were trying to monitor your intake by carbs or calories...ouchie!

They also have a sheppards pie topped with cauliflower instead of potates. It taste good and Nita's many carbs.
