I got a date!!!!!!!
Went for my surgeon's appointment and got my date for surgery with Dr. Pereira-Hong on Thursday September 11th, I am so thrilled.
The best part....... I only have to do 1 week of Optifast, which I start Sept. 4th

Awesome! I only had to do 4 days of Opti. I was so happy about that!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
