How do I record my weight loss on my ticker?

Finally figured out the ticker but I don't know how to record my weight loss. Thanks

Referral - Jan 2014, Orientation - June 2014, Appointments - Sept to Dec 2014, Surgery April 22, 2015

at the top click on "my OH" and click on health tracker you can input your weight and save and it will change your ticker automatically

Referral Feb 14 2014; Orientation July 30 2014; 1 on 1's Feb 17, 2015; Pre op May 27 2015; Surgery date June 16, 2015
