Protein Ice shakes?
Some lowly ladies recommend ProteIN Ice juice-like shakes. I have not found the, at any Popeyes. GNC! Or Noah. Any other pleases I should look?

i was able to get them from a health food store called "paris foods" in Sudbury Ontario. Protein ice has 42 grams of protein for a 20oz bottle it was great for the first few weeks after surgery when drinking was difficult and getting the proper amount of protein early out. I would ask your local health food store if they can order them in.

the best flavour that i found was the fruit punch it tasted just like juice. The apple was the worst of them all. It really was a life saviour for me early out when you can barely get anything in might as well hit 2 birds 1 stone by drinking just the protein ice all day long and getting as much as you can in.
