2 NSVs in one day? I'm in heaven

I had 2 NSVs today that were pretty awesome.

NSV # 1. My son gave me a hug and was able to wrap his arms around me and clasp him hands (he's 10). I noticed because he has asperger's and often make noises with his hands. He was making a farting noise. Monkey.

NSV # 2. I kept all of my smaller clothes when I started to gain weight back. Now that I have been working atkins for just over a month, I am now back into the second smallest pants I have ever owned as an adult. They were tight, but not uncomfortable. I am off by abouit 2 inches for my smallest pants and I am determined to get into them by December 1.

You are doing fabulously well addressing your regain - I'm completely impressed! It's a tough go getting back on track after falling off. I'm glad to hear that Atkins-style eating is working for you.
