Onderland??!!
Finally hit Onderland yesterday should have been good, but followed by my Breakfast not liking me, then a few hours later my blood sugar fell out the bottom, still a learning experience foods that are good one time are not so good the next time.
My BP has been been around 90/60 in the am and 110/70 in the pm testing 2x per day in anticipation of seeing my cardiologist next week, here's hoping I might be able to drop one of the 3 BP medications I take.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
Unfortunately with a strong family history of hypertension I probably won't be able to get off all meds but I'd be happy with just 1 I take 3 now.
