What did you mix with optifast the vanilla taste terrible

Today makes my 3rd day and the optifast in vanilla is killing me any suggestions

I hated it too. I ended up adding peppermint extract to it. That made it bareable.

I know some people added orange chrystal light and said it tasted like a creamsicle. Some add coffee to it and a touch of sugar free chocolate syrup to make it mocha.

No matter what you do...it still sucks.

I added cocoa powder and ice, still not great but it was drinkable. By the end of week one your just get into a routine. Good luck!

Orange Crush sugar free singles turned the vanilla yuck to vanilla yum. I liked it better than the chocolate. I had orange, grape, and berry. I got mine on Amazon.ca but I hear you can also get them at the dollar store.

I made decaf Starbucks instant coffee. It was delicious to me.
