Interesting article on the benefits of massage after any type of surgery.  1 20 minute massage is equal to a dose of morphine.

Most of us can't get a full body massage after surgery. But who says we can't get a foot or scalp massage?  Now...to find my husband and show him this article!

I will definitely have to let the hubby know that.  I wonder how long we have to wait for a professional massage?  (not that I will be able to afford one after surgery.  LOL)

I get a massage every two weeks whether I need it or not. I always need it.

I was planning to cancel during my recovery period, but hands, arms, feet, legs, and scalp ...that's a great idea!
