how do you make a meal plan to get back on track?? i know it may sound dumb but i need help!!!

I couldnt' find the link I wanted, so I sent a link to Pam to this thread..... it might be tomorrow, but I know she has an excellent resource for people wanting to get back on track.

First step, in the meantime.....don't drink with your meals, and protein forward meals!
