It has been eight days and I am doing well. I can drink normal and I never feel full, is that normal. I am tired all the time too. I was loosing 2 pounds a day since surgery but now 1 pounds a day. I go to see the Doc for a follow up today and hopefully I will go on stage 2 diet.
Right now you probally don't feel full and are never hungry. That is normal, that's why it is so important to measure your intake at this stage. You are doing great, keep up the good work.
