What do you HAVE to buy when you go shopping?

What are the main things you make sure to buy when you go grocery shopping??
I HAVE to have cheese and lunch meat. My favorite snacks!

Fage.  I buy three at a time in the Costco size.  I eat it, bake with it and put it on everything.  My greek yogurt habit is out of control.

Sugar free popsicles, Laughing Cow Light Swiss, 2% Mozz cheese sticks, Oscar Mayer Carver Roast chicken. And once a week a special trip to Whole Foods for Beanrito Chips. ONE BAG ONLY, or i will OD on them.

Lately its string cheese, cheese, spiniach, and shrimp. And for the family Milk and oranges.

 Chicken meatballs and/or chicken sausage (aidells)
turkey bratwursts, beer and brat mustard, sauerkraut (I have a thing with it recently)
mini sweet peppers (great little size, and super sweet)
grape tomatoes
grapes
baby carrots
sugar snap peas
any veggie, but particularly asparagus right now
strong cheddar cheese
fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, sliced tomato, balsamic vinegar
chicken, teriyaki marinade
rotisserie-style marinated turkey tenderloin
eggs
orange juice (love it occasionally)
individual cottage cheese
salad
steak
I love to cook, so I buy lots of the basics.

Things that will rot!  Whole foods - fugi apples, yellow peppers, organic baby greens, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, fresh berries, organic roast turkey (no hormones, no nitrates), shrimp rings.

Baby bel light cheese, unsweetened Almond milk, fage 0% yogurt.

These are my main stays each week.

I get my free range eggs from a Amish farmer every couple weeks
