I am FINALLY figuring out how to post pictures into a message.  I had to upload them first.  The first picture was taken the day that I went to the weight loss seminar required by my surgeon (July 2010).  I was probably about 280-285 (I went up before surgery in December 20th!!)

The second was taken May 1st.  So that's what 4 and a half months or so?  I was about 220.

I feel soooo much better!!
