I am at work, boo...  hopefully they will find my replacement soon!

PreB: water and coffee
B: egg and cheese wrap, bite of a donut
S: iced coffee (long night... )
L: steak and probably snacking on bagels and cream cheese
D: chicken and salad

Oh, and a damn bagel with veggie cream cheese... oh how I wish for my newly post-op pouch back again.

Then I ate some steak, that was too tough so I am now on to a cheeseburger in a pita pocket.  Like I said, I sure do wish that pouch would stay small!!!!

morning Kelly... so far Ive had a slice of light rye bread 1/2 with butter other half with butter and strawberry jelly.. (only had 12g of sugar)
not sure what the rest of the day will be

20 oz water in between breakfast and lunch
16oz broth w/protein for lunch
20oz water between lunch and dinner

BF is making soup now with scotch bonnet peppers, chicken, rice and okra...
Ill probably fry me some plantains shortly

I slept in, yesterday was a BAD day. I was cramping and took tramadol for the first time and was nasceous all day so....

L: stir fry with lots of fresh veggies (thank God for my garden AND being able to eat all veggies now!) and left over grilled chicken

S: I'm making veggie chips from squash. I've got some cheese spread and I'm going to make some crab salad.

AS: the shake I should have had for breakfast.

This is great for a "newbie" to read. Gives me lots of ideas of what I will eventually be able to eat.

 B- 1/2 cup HI~ Low vanilla almond cereal, 1/2 C Fage fat free yogurt, 1 Tb sf vanilla Torani syrup, 5 thin sliced strawberries

L- 3oz carnitas, 1 cup salad, 5 sugar plum tomatos, 2 TB cotija cheese, 2 TB WF Chipotle Ranch

S- 2 oz skewer of chef Dave's chicken Satay, 1 TB peanut sauce, 1/2 cup long beans

D-  4 oz chicken satay & 1 tb peanut sauce

S- 2 oz chicken satay & 1 TB peanut sauce

S2- 4oz of silk unsweetened almond milk in my iced decafs and 2 fiber gummies
