hospital tape

does anyone know how i can get the marks from the tape off my arm where the iv was i have been scrubbing and its not going nowhere lol

 Try baby oil and a cotton ball. 

 Make sure not to further irritate the skin or contaminate any open area. Also after using whatever takes the adhesive residue off, wash very well with soap and water. see link:

Alcohol is the only thing that I've found to get it off.  You have to scrub, but it works.  I've never heard of baby oil I'll have to try that. 

That's what I was going to post is alcohol. That's the only thing I use to take off the stickiness.

I agree, rubbing alcohol.  I had marks all over my belly and arms (5 IV attempts before success).  Alcohol was the only thing that worked.
