WOW in 8 months you lost 140 lbs? That is just unbelieveable-you are doing a great job! Hope it will be half as easy for this old 43 yr old to lose! Congrats to you!

Omg girl you have seriously become my hero! My jaw literally dropped when I saw your photos!!! I'm 23 days pre-op and I'm just jumping out of my skin, I can't wait!!!! Seriously though, 140 in 8 months?? You have to be doing something spectacular!! What's your trick?? ;)

to be honest..I didn't go all paranoid crazy with it...I still have the occasional bad thing...I have taught myself moderation..and "my trigger foods" are my "treat foods" so I treat myself once a week or so...i just moderate how ofter i treat myself..and what I treat myself for...I also exercise... and go to school...other than that..that is about it lol...you will do great good luck on your journey!

Wow, awesome job, u look great! I am still waiting for my approval, hope I do as well as you. I am older so not sure how my body will take to it...but I am ready to be healthy and thinner!!...yeah!!!
